City of Floating Sounds invites you to travel through the city listening to fragments of Huang Ruo's new symphony before its world premiere at Aviva Studios. You can make your own way to the venue or join in at one of our suggested starting places. This route begins in Cathedral Gardens.

One mile in length, this is the shortest route and the most suitable for those who prefer to travel a shorter distance and at a more leisurely pace.

The route begins in the tranquil Cathedral Gardens. You'll be guided through the the bustling energy of the shopping district across Exchange Square and St Mary’s Gate, and through the social hub of Spinningfields before reaching Aviva Studios via the Water Street entrance.
