A look back at our #MIF19 programme launch
A look back at our #MIF19 programme launch
We announced the programme for this summer’s Manchester International Festival in March – and we hope that you’re as excited as we are by the world-class line-up we’ve put together the 18 extraordinary days (4–21 July 2019).
You can discover the full line-up here, but don’t just take our word for it: take a look at news from BBC News and the Manchester Evening News for more details. Our artist teams were happy to tell us more about their commissions in the short video below, featuring Maxine Peake, Kwame-Kwei Armah, Skepta and a host of other MIF19 artists.
You can now buy tickets for all MIF19 shows, and there are no per-ticket booking fees when you book online. Tickets have been selling fast to shows such as Invisible Cities, The Nico Project (starring Maxine Peake) and Philip Glass and Phelim McDermott’s Tao of Glass – so don’t miss out.
