Tap into your creative side this summer with our free, drop-in workshops for young people
Join us at Aviva Studios this summer for a series of creative workshops for young people – as part of Factory International’s summer programme.
These are not your average workshops. Upcycle a t-shirt, learn how to street dance or get lost in psychedelic drawing inspired by our blockbuster Yayoi Kusama: You, Me and the Balloons exhibition – all while mingling and mixing with fellow young creatives.
You don’t need a ticket – just drop by from 4pm, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. The bar is open throughout, so you can enjoy food and drink as the sun goes down.
Workshops have been specially designed by Factory International’s Creative Learning team and are intended for young people aged 14 to 30.
Schedule

Embrace individuality and sustainability with our upcycling workshop. Transform your preloved t-shirts into psychedelic, Kusama-inspired creations.

Soul and Hip Hop Storytelling, Sunday 6 August, 4–8pm

Psychedelic Drawing and Music, Sunday 13 August, 4–8pm
Create your own abstract psychedelic artwork inspired by Yayoi Kusama: You, Me and the Balloons. Meet fellow young creatives and share your psychedelic creations.
