Spoken word takes centre stage at The Welcome Poetry Slam – led by the vibrant wordsmiths Poetry Place.

Expect a dynamic line-up of talent from across the region, who will battle it out to take the top prize. Poetry has never been more fun.

The Welcome: Community Takeover is a series of free events at Aviva Studios featuring creative workshops, talks, kids’ activities and the best local music. Just drop by the Social – there's always something on.
