Can I pay with cash at the venue?
No. Aviva Studios is a cashless venue meaning we accept payments by card only.
Where can I sit down?
We have seating available in the Social (on the ground floor), which can be accessed via lift or staircase and will be open throughout the concert should you feel the need to take a break or distance yourself from the crowds. You may make use of this space as many times as you need as it does not need to be prebooked, however, please note that it doesn't offer a view of the performance.
Alternatively, a Welfare Tent will be stationed just outside of The Warehouse doors, and you are welcome to make use of the seating in there if you need to take a short break from standing but don't want to make your way down to our social area.
Please note, you will be unable to bring any seating, including portable stools and camping chairs, into the venue.
Can I bring my mobility aid, wheelchair or mobility scooter into the event?
For gigs in the Warehouse, we permit the use of walking sticks and crutches on our general admission standing floor.
In the general admission standing area, we cannot, however, safely facilitate the use of walking frames, rollators, wheelchairs, mobility scooters or any other mobility aids that include or make available a seat to the user. As the accessible viewing platform has now sold out, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your needs or mobility aids on the day without a pre-booked accessible viewing platform ticket.
If you need to store your mobility aid for the duration of the event, please speak to a member of our front of house team who will be happy to assist you.
Does the venue have step-free access?
Yes, step-free routes are available throughout all areas of the building. The flooring throughout the building is smooth concrete and both of our entrances have ‘touch to open’ automatic doors. All bars at Aviva Studios have lowered service points, as do our information point and box office.
For step-free access to the Warehouse, you can use either one of the two lifts located on this side of the building.
Will there be sensory kits available?
We have portable sensory kits containing ear defenders and fidget toys available for you to use during your visit – this is a draw string bag which you can take into the event and return to the information point in the Social when you leave. Please speak to our Front of House team who will be able to support in providing you with one of these kits.
Where are the nearest toilets?
This event will be taking place in the Warehouse. For most visitors, the nearest toilets to the Warehouse are located in the Social on the ground floor. Here, there are three toilet blocks available: the men’s, women’s and gender-neutral facilities. All toilet blocks include accessible cubicles, ambulant toilets, baby change facilities and sanitary bins.
There are three accessible toilet cubicles located immediately outside of the Warehouse on Level 2 (across from doors 2, 8 and 9). These are the only toilets in this area, so we do ask that visitors make the journey down to the Social if they are able to do so in order to keep these accessible facilities available for those who need them.
You do not need a radar key to use any toilets in the venue.
Who can I speak to if I need help?
If you need any help or support during your visit, please speak to a member of our front of house or security team.
Just outside of the Warehouse doors, we will have a welfare tent where you can receive support if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe at any point during your visit.
Next to the welfare tent, we will also have a medical tent where you can seek treatment if you are feeling unwell or injure yourself during the event.
Who can I contact with questions?
If you have any questions regarding your tickets for the event, please contact your point of purchase or our team at tickets@factoryinternational.org/0333 322 8679.
If you have any access related questions regarding your visit, please contact our team at access@factoryinternational.org or give us a call on 0161 817 4531.

Is merch available?

Please be aware this is a CARD ONLY venue and no cash is able to be taken on the premises.
