How to Book Access Tickets

To book access tickets online, you will need to sign up to our Access Scheme. You will also need to sign up if you require the support of an essential companion to attend events at Aviva Studios. We aim to process all applications within five working days.

After signing up to the Access Scheme, your Factory International account will be updated with your access requirements. If you do not have an account yet, one will be created for you, and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. To book access tickets online, you will need to be logged into your Factory International account.

Find your event via our What’s On or Access Performances page. Press ‘Book tickets’ and select your preferred event date and time.

For seated tickets, select the seats or wheelchair user spaces you require from the seating map. For events in the Andrew Law Hall, step-free seats and wheelchair user spaces can be found on row K of the Stalls and rows H and N of the Circle. In the Warehouse, seating arrangements vary between events; for large music gigs, all seating and wheelchair user spaces are located on the accessible viewing platform.

For BSL-interpreted and captioned events, we often have seats reserved for clear sightlines; these can be booked online if ticked as a requirement on your Access Scheme application. If you can’t see these seats, please phone up on 0161 817 4531 or email access@factoryinternational.org, and we will be able to advise you of the most suitable remaining availability.

After pressing continue, you will then be able to edit your ticket type to reflect your needs (Disabled Access, Essential Companion, Audio Description etc.), if not already selected.

To book standing or general admission tickets, you will simply need to enter the number of tickets you require into the box that corresponds to your access requirements.
