Aviva £10 Tickets & Concessions

Everyone should get to experience great art and events. With affordable ticketing options across all our own programme, we want to make sure there’s nothing stopping you from getting involved.

Our affordable ticket options include:

  • Aviva £10 Tickets. There are Aviva £10 Tickets for those who might need them financially across all our own shows and events*, supported by Aviva
  • Concession tickets. Students, those on universal credit or pension credit and children can get up to 25% discount across all our own shows.

Our concession ticket options are intended for:

  • Students in higher education
  • Those receiving Universal Credit
  • Those receiving Pension Credit 

For disabled bookers we can provide a Personal Assistant ticket free of charge if you require one. For more info on booking access tickets, head to our Access hub

FAQs

How do I claim an Aviva £10 Ticket?

Our Aviva £10 Tickets are intended for people who might not otherwise be able to afford or access our events. They’re available on Factory International-produced shows, and eligibility is clearly flagged on the event page.

If you believe you qualify for an Aviva £10 Ticket, you'll need to enter the code AVIVA1026 in the booking journey before choosing your tickets.

Just look out for the promo code block and enter the code. Your tickets will automatically be adjusted to £10, subject to availability.

Who can get a concession ticket?

Our concession tickets are intended for:

  • Students in higher education
  • Those receiving Universal Credit
  • Those receiving Pension Credit 

Please do choose a full price ticket option if you can afford to do so. Please note relevant proof may be asked for on arrival to your event when purchasing a concession ticket.

Do children need a ticket?

Some of our shows have a minimum age range for entry and children must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Age suitability and pricing will be detailed on the individual event page.
