We Cut Through Dust

There is an accessible booking slot each day for We Cut Through Dust which offers:

  • Phones available to borrow
  • Written transcriptions of the audio
  • A member of our team to accompany you, if for any reason you’re not confident taking part alone
  • A route map identifying key locations, accessible toilets and wheelchair routes (sent via text/email)
  • A free Personal Assistant ticket at any time

Accessible Slots are offered on the following dates:

29 June at 9pm

30 June at 5.30pm

1, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13 and 15 July at 9pm

2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16 July at 5.30pm

There are also three Accessible Slots which provide BSL interpretation in addition to the access support listed above. These are:

Access performance types

AD: Audio-described

Audio description offers an introduction/commentary of the visual action to assist blind and visually impaired patrons. This is usually delivered via an earpiece and will be available from event pages.

BSL: British Sign Language interpreted performance

A British Sign Language interpreter will translate the spoken words for BSL users.

CAP: Captioned performance

Captioning displays dialogue and some sound effects as visible text on a screen or mobile device for anyone who would find this useful.

REL: Relaxed performance

Relaxed performances welcome all who may benefit from a more relaxed performance environment, including people with an Autism Spectrum Condition, sensory and communication disorders or a learning disability, or those with babes in arms.
