The brilliant Scottee is a multi-award winning artist making work for theatres, ears and walls - tackling topics of class, bodies, queerness, privilege and so much more. Based in Manchester, this year they’ve been working on “The Faggots and their Friends Between Revolutions” - a piece of musical theatre about a world where fables and myths celebrate queer community, friendship and pleasure. It had its world premiere at MIF23 to critical acclaim, and is described as a manifesto for survival for the marginalised everywhere. In this episode of Dream Space they takes us on a journey through their dream of function rooms, queer euphoria and a whole lot of potato salad.
