Celebrate Pride with a free programme of live art, DJs and events curated by Manchester favourite Mix-Stress

Enjoy a bumper line-up of DJs for our Sunday pride celebration on Riverside Square. Irresistible tunes, happy people and an unbeatable riverside location.

First on the decks is electronic, alt-soul DJ/composer Lavender Rodriquez. Next up are house, dance and disco tunes from radio DJ Nick Charles and dance music from Jade Li. Then Manchester icon and soul singer Veba and DJ Laura Jackson go back to back, as we wrap the party up.

Factory Pride is curated by DJ, Producer, Curator and Artist Mix-Stress. Our first Pride at our new home, it’s a chance to take up space and explore our space. Expect DJ sets from Manchester’s hottest talent in the loos, and takeovers from LGBTQIA+ collectives in the Social and Riverside Square.

A celebration of QTIBPOC (Queer Trans Intersex Black People and People of Colour), LGBTQIA+ and female DJs, allies and supporters, Mix-Stress has curated a line-up which spotlights local artists and platforms talent from across Greater Manchester.

It's all free to attend and we’re inviting everyone to come along and discover the amazing artists on the bill.

I have the pleasure of working with such a melting pot of DJs from across Greater Manchester and wanted to infuse established, new and emerging DJs together to create a week of variety, diversity and inclusion. It’s important to me as a curator that we give showcase that reflects local representational culture and music, really highlighting what Manchester has to offer from our beloved communities while always remembering the fundamentals of Pride.
