A jam-packed kids morning plus special programming presented by Brighter Sound and Band on the Wall

Easy like a Sunday morning? Kinda – for our first Sunday on Fezzy Square we had a stellar kids morning on the cards. Picture an interactive performance from Agbeko – Manchester's very own Afrobeat-inspired rock-funk-psych outfit – hosted by Babyrocksampler and Band on the Wall, before reggae for kids with reggae and family rave know-it-alls Dub Smugglers and the Playhouse Project.

Fairer music industry pioneers Brighter Sound also presented performances from singer-songwriter Mother Sugar and synthpop star HUSK. Next up electronic producer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist Caitlin LM and reggae/hip hop outfit E&I Collective provided some soothing Sunday sounds.

Local champions Community Arts North West were also on hand to present the first ever performance of Force of Nature feat Sarah Yaseen, Emmanuela Yogolelo & Meduulla, before a Band on the Wall evening takeover. The iconic Manchester venue presented the cool and cosmic soul of The KTNA, Agbeko and a DJ set from the multitalented, multicultural Me Gusta Collective. An unmissable end to the week? We think so.
