Please note that by purchasing a membership you are committing to a 12-month minimum term. You will automatically be charged £125 a month, totalling £1500 over the 12-month period of your membership. Cancellation is only effective after minimum term. Your membership will automatically renew after this period unless cancelled.

HOW DO I BECOME A PATRON?

Simply click Join Now above and Membership will be added to your basket. At checkout, you'll be prompted to make an account. Complete the purchase and you're good to go!

Factory International Membership is open to everyone aged 18 or over. Factory International Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Check your Membership card for your expiry date.

How do I renew my membership?

Ready for another year of unforgettable experiences? We have updated our membership but renewing for another year remains simple. We'll send you a reminder email when your renewal date is coming up with all the information you need. 

To continue as a member, simply click the Join Now in this email or on our website which will add our new Membership to your basket. Make sure you're logged in to your account, complete your purchase, and our system will recognise that it is a renewal. Any issues, contact supportus@factoryinternational.org.

WHAT IS PRIORITY BOOKING AND HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

Priority booking gives you early access to tickets for all Factory International shows and events, up to 48 hours before general release. Priority booking does not guarantee tickets to every performance and orders are limited to four tickets per live event. To access priority booking on our website, just make sure you're logged in to your online account and you'll automatically have early access to the booking page.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Log in to your online account here with the email you signed up to your Membership with. If you've forgotten your password, click Reset here and a reset link will be sent to your email address. Any issues logging in, contact supportus@factoryinternational.org.

What discounts do Patrons get?

Patrons get 15% off all food and drinks in the Social and any purchases from our shop - just show us your Membership card. 

Keep an eye out for info on all exclusive discounts and offers in your e-newsletter.

Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?

Factory International Memberships are non-refundable. Please note, we do not refund Membership in relation to event cancellations. If there was an error during the Membership sign up process, please contact supportus@factoryinternational.org as soon as possible.

CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Factory International Memberships are non-transferable.

I'VE LOST/FORGOTTEN MY MEMBERSHIP CARD. CAN I STILL GET MY DISCOUNTS?

Yes! To redeem your in-building discounts, log in to your online account, head to the Membership tab and just show this to staff.
