Inspire the next generation

Please note applications to be a mentor have now closed! We look forward to welcoming a range of mentors and mentees to Aviva Studios in March.

We are looking for women and non-binary mentors with all sorts of different expertise – from science to media, tech to sport, politics to art. Whether you’re a freelancer, CEO or you’ve had a complete career change, we want to hear from you.

This unique one-to-one experience is an amazing chance to meet young people of all different backgrounds and ages, who are looking to you to be inspired, uplifted and supported.

You are invited as a mentor to talk about your experiences, choices and how you got to where you are today. No previous experience is required.

Mentors will get the chance to meet several young people across two 45-minute sessions. Your insight, advice, guidance and inspiration will leave mentees feeling empowered to pursue their goals.

This event is part of the WOW Girls Festival, which is touring the UK on a custom-designed WOW Bus, reaching young people in the heart of their communities.

WOW Speed Mentoring takes place on Friday 1 March 2024.
