Meet Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD) – a community of urban market gardeners and one of our Community Partners for 2024. Founded in 2019, MUD creates space for people to connect over growing, cooking and eating sustainable food.
Local chef and restaurateur Mary-Ellen McTague joins the community kitchen at Platt Fields Market Garden to find out all about MUD and their work.
