How to Book Access Tickets

Access tickets

Access bookings can be made by email, phone or in person at Aviva Studios.

To book access tickets and personal assistant tickets by phone please call 0161 817 4531 (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm) or email access@factoryinternational.org.

Online access booking is available for some events.

We are currently improving our online booking journey. We hope to reintroduce online access bookings for all events soon.

Access and Personal Assistant Tickets

We have access tickets available for every event for wheelchair users and disabled visitors. We also have tickets available for Audio Description users, BSL users, Captioned users and Relaxed events for our Access Performances. Access Performances are available on select events, and you can find more about them here, on our Access Performances Page.

We have free personal assistant tickets available for wheelchair users and disabled visitors.

We do not require proof to book personal assistant tickets or access tickets.

Personal assistant tickets are free with a wheelchair, disabled, BSL or Audio description ticket at any price point, including £10 and concession price tickets. Personal Assistant tickets are intended for people for whom it would be significantly difficult to access our venue without support from another person.

Personal assistant tickets are available in all seating or standing areas.

How To Book

Setting up your account

  1. Whether you’re setting up your account for the first time, or a returning customer, you can add your access preferences. This helps us show you the best seats for you access requirements, and helps us meet your needs.
  2. Navigate to the account icon at the top of the page. Either log in or create your account.
  3. If logging in, you can navigate straight to ‘Other Preferences’. Pick the access requirements that relate to you.
  4. If you’re creating your account, fill in your personal details and then pick the access requirements that relate to you.

Our access tags allow you to save your preferences for next time, so when you call or email, we know exactly what you need. Where seating is reserved, you’ll still get the opportunity to pick the best seats for you.

Selecting your tickets

1) Find your event via our What’s On page, or through our access performances page. You may want to look at the access information further down the page to see if an event is right for you.

2) Pick the tickets that you require for your group, including a personal assistant ticket if required. Remember that the personal assistant ticket will discount to £0 at checkout, only when paired with a wheelchair, disabled, BSL or Audio Description ticket.

3) Checkout at usual, by filling in your card details when prompted.

4) You will then be sent your confirmation email.
