American Express® Cardmember ticket benefits

Factory International and American Express are offering Amex Cardmembers two types of ticket benefits: 

Amex Presale Tickets®

  • A minimum of 24 hours presale on select shows and events taking place at Aviva Studios

Amex Reserved Tickets®

  • A limited number of Amex Reserved Tickets are available for reserved seated performances at Aviva Studios, giving you access to the best seats in the house for up to two weeks after tickets go on sale.

  • Visit any of the event pages listed below under Presale
  • Click on ‘Book Tickets’
  • Enter the access code ‘AMEX26’ using the ‘Unlock Amex tickets’ link
  • For presale, you'll have access at least 24 hours before tickets go on general onsale

Amex Reserved Tickets

  • Visit any of the event pages listed below under Reserved seats
  • Click on ‘Book Tickets’
  • Enter the access code ‘AMEX26’ using the ‘Unlock Amex tickets’ link
  • For Amex ringfenced seats, you'll see a credit card icon on the seating plan. You'll only be able to see this once you've entered the code above. 
  • Select your seat and continue to check out!

Remember when you go to purchase your presale or ringfenced seating tickets, you’ll need to use your Amex® Card as no other payment type will be accepted at the point of purchase. Please note that presale timings may vary by event.

For Amex Reserved Tickets, Amex Cardmembers may purchase a maximum of two tickets per booking from those reserved.

For Amex Presale Tickets, Amex Cardmembers can purchase a maximum of four tickets in one booking.

FAQS

How many tickets can be purchased in one transaction?

For priority booking, you can purchase a maximum of four tickets in one booking.

For our ringfenced seats, you can purchase two tickets per booking from those reserved.

Can I buy a combination of Amex and general tickets?

Once an event is on general sale, you can buy additional tickets if they are available.

Can I buy an access or concession ticket?

Yes you'll have access to all available ticket types when booking with Amex priority booking. That means if you need an access ticket or if you are a concession and there are concession tickets available, you are able book those.

When booking Amex ringfenced seating, if there are still tickets available but you require a wheelchair seat/companion seat - please call 0161 817 4531 (Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm) or email access@factoryinternational.org and subject to availability we'll swap the reservation to the seating type you need.

The partnership provides American Express® Cardmembers with closer access to some of the most exciting live music and performance experiences in the UK.

In addition, American Express will provide significant support for Factory International’s year-round work – from the commissioning and presentation of world-class artistic experiences to the delivery of training and cultural development opportunities that are accessible to all.

Terms & Conditions

Amex Reserved Tickets

Amex Reserved Tickets may be purchased by American Express® Cardmembers for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express® Card (including, for example, The American Express® Platinum Card). An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Reserved tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.

Amex Presale Tickets

Cardmembers have access to purchase Amex Presale Tickets® for select events and select seats, during a specified period prior to the general on-sale dates for those events. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express® Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Presale Tickets® are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Presale Tickets® are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.

Cardmember Fast Track Line

Cardmember access through the American Express® Cardmember Fast Track Line is available to American Express Cardmembers for select performances at Aviva Studios. American Express Cardmembers may each bring in one (1) guest, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. To gain entry to Aviva Studios through the American Express Cardmember Fast Track Line, you must present the Welcome Team representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Cardmember Fast Track Line may not be open for all Aviva Studios events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Aviva Studios is subject to both the Terms and Conditions stated on your e-ticket and in the rules set by Aviva Studios. The American Express® Cardmember Fast Track Line does not provide access to the venue ahead of the advertised doors time.

Complimentary Cloakroom Use

American Express Cardmembers are entitled to complimentary use of the cloakroom at selected evening events at Aviva Studios. When in operation, the cloakroom will be located in the Social area inside the main entrance. Cardmembers must present a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) to receive the complimentary service compared to paying the standard price per item. A limit of one (1) checked bag or coat applies per Cardmember, per event. During events, all bags will be checked by the venue’s specially trained safety team and the advertised bag policy and prohibited items list will apply. The bag storage facility is operated by the venue (not American Express) and the venue’s terms and conditions apply. All items left with the Aviva Studios Welcome Team prior to entry are left at the owner’s risk.
