What’s on the menu in Festival Square?
Albert Square in front of Manchester’s historic town hall is once again being transformed for this year’s Manchester International Festival (MIF19). Temporarily renamed Festival Square, this hugely popular space in the centre of the city is open from 5-21 July, offering great food and drink; live music, cabaret and DJs; supper clubs featuring Michelin starred chefs; and special events. It’s also free to visit and is the place to go for information and top tips about what’s on from our merry band of MIF volunteers.
From British classics to Indian street food, coffee to craft beer, our Festival Square food traders will be in residence throughout the Festival – and there’s an amazing series of Supper Clubs and Lazy Lunches from some of the region’s top chefs. Find out what’s on the menu…
