As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to escalate around the world, the health, safety, and well-being of our audiences, artists, and staff continues to be our top priority. With that in mind, Manchester International Festival (MIF), the creative team and our colleagues at Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) have together made the decision to postpone the upcoming shows of The Long Goodbye in Manchester and New York to support global efforts to reduce the coronavirus spread.

We appreciate your continued support and your understanding as we make decisions in the best interests of our communities.

For those holding tickets to Manchester performances:

Ticket holders will be the first to receive details of the rescheduled shows, when confirmed, and will have access to a week-long priority booking period. Meanwhile, all who booked tickets will be refunded the ticket cost, transaction fee, and refund protection if purchased.

For those holding tickets to performances at Brooklyn Academy of Music, the team at BAM will be in touch directly.

We will announce the new dates as soon as details are confirmed.
