Mary-Ellen McTague takes charge for our third Supper Club, presented at San Carlo Bottega by MIF and Selfridges with Mary-Ellen’s very own Eat Well MCR
We’ve teamed up with Selfridges and Eat Well MCR to bring you four fabulous Festival Supper Clubs – each one catered by a Manchester-based chef from the Eat Well MCR Collective and hosted at San Carlo Bottega in Selfridges Exchange Square.
Mary-Ellen McTague is a longtime friend of MIF – and one of the city’s most acclaimed chefs. Formerly Chef-Patron at Aumbry, and Executive Chef for both the Real Junk Food Project Manchester and Manchester Art Gallery, she opened Chorlton’s acclaimed Creameries in 2018. And then in March 2020, the start of the first lockdown, she co-founded Eat Well MCR, a hospitality collective that has provided almost 45,000 chef-made meals to vulnerable adults and children around Greater Manchester. Tonight, she’s shaping a special supper club menu exclusively for MIF21.
The price includes a four-course dinner with a welcome drink, and you’ll have the option to select and buy wine pairings or other drinks on the night. COVID-19 restrictions and limited capacity means we can only accommodate parties of two or four.
It may not be possible to cater for specific dietary requirements for any bookings made after 3pm on Friday 9th July.
Presented by Manchester International Festival and Selfridges in partnership with Eat Well MCR. Hosted by San Carlo Bottega.
