Future15 is designed to introduce people to the creative industries, gain confidence and learn new skills. They’re fully funded, with no cost to participants, and are open to anyone in Greater Manchester, aged 19+, Unemployed, on Universal Credit or earning less than £20,888.

Our latest Future 15 course runs from 10 - 28 July, and will recruit Cultural Learning & Participation Officer (CLPO) apprenticeships working in Factory International’s Creative Learning Team. The CLPO apprenticeship is about planning, organising and co-ordinating artistic and cultural education workshops and community engagement projects. This will typically include teaching arts, and culture and delivering creative workshops at schools across Greater Manchester.

Upon completion of the Future 15 training academy, you will be guaranteed an interview for this role.
