Join our baby nutrition class as part of our First Breath workshop series
We want our First Breath Families programme to be fun and informative, so we are delighted to bring you the first two workshops as part of our free series.
Nutrition: Happy and Healthy Mealtimes workshop goes way beyond weaning. It will help you learn what and how much food your baby needs to be healthy, how to create a positive relationship with food, navigate fussy eating and find ways to move forward.
The two-hour session will be delivered by Paediatric Nutritionist Aliya Porter. It will be interactive with group work and discussion.
Refreshments will be provided.

Aviva Studios
The full address for Aviva Studios is Aviva Studios, Water Street, Manchester M3 4JQ and the what3words is chop.feeds.chase.
There are accessible toilets on all public levels of our building.
Accessible toilets are located inside the main toilets space in the brick arches of the Social.
Here you’ll find a mixture of accessible cubicles with left- or right-hand transfer, as well as ambulant accessible cubicles with grab rails. This is also where you can find our Changing Places facility.
The toilets in the brick arches of the Social are gender neutral, so you can use facilities in any of the three arches.
There are additional accessible toilets in located in both Hall Foyers, at stalls and circle level.
You do not need a key to use the accessible toilets at Aviva Studios.
Aviva Studios is a new purpose-built cultural space in the heart of Manchester. The entrance to our building is through double glass doors. There are automatic doors at both entrances.
Once inside, there is step-free access to all areas of the venue. You will arrive into the Social, a large public space where there are a range of seats (including those with arms), a bar and toilets (including accessible toilets).
The bars in the Social and Hall Foyer have lowered accessible service points.

Department Bonded Warehouse
The event takes place in Department Bonded Warehouse. The full address of the venue is 18 Lower Byrom St, Manchester M3 4AP and what3words is issued.assure.courier.
Entry to the building is down Lower Byrom Street. The doors are automatic and open on approach.
Ground level and reception is LEVEL 3. There is an accessible lift to the building which is clearly visible on approach.
The Content Studio is on Level 2. There are two lifts down in the main reception foyer.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor (Level 3). There is also an accessible toilet on Level 2 near the room.
There are baby changing facilities on site.
The room is large and has two separate curtained off areas that you can also use.

There is also a NCP car park (Manchester Spinningfields) approximately 0.5 miles away from Aviva Studios at Spinningfields, New Quay Street, Manchester, M3 3BE. It has 35 accessible bays.
There are a small number of Blue Badge spaces along Water St and Quay St. Otherwise head towards Liverpool Road, Great John St and Lower Byrom St – close to our neighbours, the Science and Industry Museum where there are a small number of additional Blue Badge spaces.

All platforms at the Metrolink and railway stations have step-free access to the platforms. There is lift access from the street to the stations (accessible at the end of Deansgate on the corner with Whitworth St West). There is no tactile paving at Deansgate railway station, and level access to the Manchester platform is across the overbridge from the Metrolink station (this is to your right as you come out of the lift from the street).
