The debut album from Chloe Foy has been a long time coming – but the summery Where Shall We Begin is well worth the wait. We’re thrilled that Chloe joined us to launch it with this special Festival Square show – followed by a DJ set from another Manchester singer-songwriter, the brilliant Jane Weaver.

Before that, we welcomed a return visit from Ailsa McLaggan’s crowd-pleasing Living Room Dance Club; MIF Sounds-supported label Sprechen joined us to play some Records of Reflection; there was an hour of John Fahey-esque guitar brilliance from George Fell; DJs Chris Massey and Out of Quiet played tunes; and we presented the latest Midday Meditation (also Fri 2, Mon 5, Fri 9 & Mon 12 July).
