Please read this information before participating in the activity.

The Brass Monkey Ice Bath Experience is running first-come first-served day-of sign-ups for free Ice Bath Experiences. Visit them outside the River Square doors of the Social to sign up for your slot.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated time slot and check in with one of the Brass Monkey team

You can get changed inside, or outside in our changing tents.

Please wear swimwear or appropriate clothing. We recommend wearing a robe, fleece or outerwear that you feel comfortable in. Bring a towel and some flip-flops or sliders.

You will join a group of up to six people, who will share the experience together across four ice baths and two barrels. Please note that this is a solo experience in the bath.

There will be a shared breathwork preparation session, where you will learn how to prepare for the ice. This will give you the framework for breathing in very cold water, and you will learn to calm your nervous system.

Following the ice bath, you will be guided through a warm-up, to ensure you get your blood flowing and you leave feeling invigorated.

The Brass Monkey bath dip will last 1-2 minutes, based on individual experience with cold water immersion.

The Ice baths will be set at 3 degrees and below.

Please note that this activity is not suitable for anyone younger than 8 years old. Anyone between 8-17 years old will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian to participate.
