By attending this event, you grant u-Dox Limited and its affiliates and partners (including adidas) the right to use, publish, exhibit, or reproduce any and all recordings of your likeness, voice, and name in any media for any purpose, including promotional purposes, in perpetuity. This includes, without limitation, the use on social media channels, websites, and other digital platforms. You waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by u-Dox Limited or the person or entity designated to do so by u-Dox Limited. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such media.

By entering the event premises, you release, hold harmless, and indemnify u-Dox Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims related to the use of recorded media, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement.

All photography, filming, and recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing terms, please do not enter the event premises.
