New Century Hall is located on the first level, above the ground floor of New Century. There is step free access to all areas of the venue, with lift access from the main entrance up to New Century Hall. The main hall’s event space is all on one level and is not raised or tiered in any way.

There are three accessible toilets in the venue – one on the ground floor by the entrance, and two on the first level by the event space.
