Simply go to the Membership page and click on Join Now.

Next, head to the checkout and when prompted, input the activation code found in your Gift Membership email in the Gift Voucher box.

You'll then be asked to create an online account.*

Click 'use available credit' at payment.

Complete checkout and your gift has been redeemed!

Once activated, you'll receive a welcome email with all the information you need to get the most out of your Membership.

*Please note that when creating an account on our system, you may be asked for your bank card details. Please be assured that your card will not be charged – your gift membership has been paid for in full.

Your activation code is valid for 24 months after receiving a Gift Membership notification email.

Yes, when purchasing a Gift Membership, you can choose whether the welcome email goes to you or the recipient.

They will get an email notifying them that they have been gifted a Factory International Membership, which you can add a personalised message to. If you have chosen to send the Gift Membership to yourself, you will receive this email and can then send it to the recipient personally.

The email will include instructions to activate their Membership.

Once activated, they'll receive a welcome pack in the post and their exclusive Members' gift will be available for collection on their next visit.
